  1. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

Thank you so much for showing interest in becoming apart of our family! We ask that you submit your application with full honesty with us and yourselves!

Please allow up to 48 hours for us to get back to your application before reaching out. We throughly review each one to ensure the proper fit between home and puppy.

2. REVIEW OUR CONTRACT

While your application is under review we ask that you take the time to look over our contract. We want you to be fully prepared if we approve your application. At the time of reaching out to you please ask for any clarification on our contract! In the event your application is approved we will send you our contract via docusign to fill out and sign.

3. SUBMIT CONTRACT & DEPOSIT

Your application has been reviewed and approved! Now we consult with you on a litter we think would best fit you and why! We will be making a waitlist for male and female, preferred color, and if you have a specific litter we both think would be best suited for your lifestyle we will make note of that. Your first half ($250 non refundable deposit) is what will secure your official spot on this waitlist. How exciting!

4. THE HARD PART

You’ve submitted all of the officials, now the hard part starts. We are just as impatient and excited as you are to watch the pregnancy progress and the little ones come into the world! During this time the number one priority is the health of momma. Ensuring she is getting all needed supplements, vet visits, etc.

5. THE STORK DELIVERED

As soon as we believe labor has begun we will be updating all social media and everyone on our waitlist! During this time as pups come out they will be assigned a colored collar, vitals will be taken, and will be weighed amongst many other steps!

Health is our number one priority for mom and babes so bare with us as emergencies may happen and we won’t be available to answer every message that will flood in.

We ask that you PLEASE do not reach out to us and that we will reach out to you. The days leading up to, during, and after labor are very stressful and tiresome for all. Our number one priority during those days are to ensure our mommas, babies, and us are all healthy, fed, and rested.

6. Wag for the camera!

Everyday as pups grow and develop we will keep you updated by sending photos and videos continuously, and answer any questions that you may have about personality as they develop! We ask that you please don’t try and come to visit our property until pickup day as Parvo is a big risk for our dogs of all ages. We will create a FB group designated for the litter and as that all families join the group to stay updated on all things related to your puppy.

7. Are you my human?

At the 7 week mark we use Volhard’s Aptitude test to evaluate the personalities of each puppy in the litter. Between 7-8 weeks we are evaluating different things with the puppy in correlation with our temperament testing.

Puppies will be evaluated on their drive while being introduced to water, wings, retrieving, bumpers, and gunshot(WEATHER PERMITTING). Our puppies will also be evaluated on their conformation at the 8 week age mark that way we are evaluating to the fullest for all that we breed for. As well us placing puppies in pet homes we also place puppies in performance homes such as, hunting, dock diving, showing, service and with other breeders. In order to place puppies in all correct homes that are best suited for them and the home this is our process in doing so.

8. I’m Home!

On puppy pick up day we can’t wait to see you come pick up your new member. We also provide transportation by driving or flying with your puppy!

( charges based on location)

On that day, final payment will be finalized and you will get a folder of health records & a go home package made with love.

Puppies are going home at 9 weeks of age. This is so we can ensure all proper evaluations that are needed to be done are completed, our puppies are seen by a legal veterinarian on their 8 week birthday, and they have the fullest development between mom and pups. Please DO NOT ask to pick your puppy up before then.

9. Health, health, health

You have 48 hours to take your new puppy to the vet from pick up day! We advise this time frame because we understand how pups immune systems tend to go under a lot of stress when transitioning into a new environment. This is why we ask for your puppy to be seen between 48-72 hours by a legal veterinarian. A copy of this visit must be emailed to us so we can keep it on file for our health guarantee.
