About me !

Hi everyone…

My name is Tati ( Pronounced toddy). Thank you so much for showing your interest in my program! Before I decided to take the jump into breeding, I researched the breed for about 2 years before even purchasing Buck! Once I purchased Buck I fell in love with labradors and knew that I made the right choice that I wanted to pursue breeding and that I wanted to be a breeder that made an impact in bettering the breed! Animals have always been the biggest love in my life and I bounced back and forth becoming a veterinarian, I knew that was no longer the case once I started researching the breed. When im not working or spending time loving and training the dogs you can catch me hunting, adventuring, until I’m right back outside pushing my dogs with love and potential.

Our Program….

Gunpowder & Leads biggest and most important goal in our program is to always continue bettering the breed of Labrador Retrievers. We have put many hours and long days and nights into researching and working individually with each one of our dams and sires to see what their strong suits are and how we can utilize each one in the fullest in our program. Breeding is NOT by any means an easy thing to do and there is possibility of a lot heartache to come with it but we have done everything in our power to prepare for it by many months of research and reaching out to other reputable breeders for their experience and advise! Our puppies are well socialized with all of our dogs, as well as different objects to get them used to sound, texture, and movement. Neurological stimulation will start as early as day three and continue until they go home. We sure have put a lot of hard work and dedication into our dogs and can’t wait to see that come out in their offspring.

Our goals…

As we have grown our knowledge within this this breed, we are excited to be working on heavily titling all of our dogs. For a stud dog to stay in our program it is now a requirement of ours that they have to be able to obtain a Championship and a Junior Hunt test at a minimum. It’s very important to us to be able to have this breed be what it is. A breed that is able to be versatile in all things, especially in conformation and hunting as hunting is such a big thing in our life.
